About Neuara

Neuara is a health-tech nutrition platform that connects users with verified nutri chefs who visit the customer's residence to prepare fresh, healthy meals. Neuara also provides access to certified nutritionists, AI-powered health tracking, and personalized diet programs through the Neuara HealthPass subscription. Certain services are available exclusively to HealthPass members.

Eligibility

To access and use Neuara services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact and address information
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Neuara reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

Neuara HealthPass Membership

Neuara HealthPass is a subscription-based membership that unlocks exclusive access to Neuara's full range of nutrition and chef services.

• Access to verified Nutri Chef home-cooking services
• Personalized diet plans (Essential and Care programs)
• Continuous health monitoring and progress tracking (Care plan)
• Priority chef bookings and nutritionist consultations
• Exclusive member offers and meal plan options

HealthPass membership is non-transferable. Membership benefits, pricing, and features are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes with reasonable notice.

Nutri Chef Home Cooking Service

Neuara Nutri Chefs are verified professionals who visit the customer's home and prepare meals according to the selected plan. By booking a chef visit, users agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to kitchen space, cooking utensils, and essential appliances
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful working environment for the chef
• Provide required ingredients unless otherwise specified in the plan
• Allow sufficient time for meal preparation as per the scheduled session
• Not request tasks or conduct outside the agreed meal plan scope

All Neuara Nutri Chefs are required to follow strict hygiene standards, food safety protocols, and professional conduct guidelines during every service visit.

Pricing and Payments

Neuara's service pricing is determined by the following factors:

• The selected meal plan type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Combo)
• The number of family members included in the plan
• The HealthPass subscription (Essential or Care)

All payments must be completed through Neuara's approved payment channels. Neuara reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to active members in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Neuara understands that plans change. Users may reschedule or cancel chef visits within the allowed cancellation window specified in their active plan.

• Cancellations made outside the allowed window may incur a partial charge
• Repeated late cancellations may result in temporary booking restrictions
• No-shows may be treated as completed visits at the user's expense
• Emergency cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

User Responsibilities

By using Neuara, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, intimidating, or disrespecting Neuara Nutri Chefs or staff
• Providing unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate working conditions
• Misrepresenting booking details, address, or the number of members
• Using the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to circumvent payment or share HealthPass access with non-members

Violations of user responsibilities may result in immediate service suspension, account termination, or legal action where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Neuara operates as a technology platform connecting users with independent verified Nutri Chefs and nutritionists. While Neuara takes reasonable steps to verify all service providers, Neuara shall not be held liable for:

• Personal disputes or disagreements between users and Nutri Chefs
• Issues arising from kitchen equipment provided or owned by the user
• Ingredient quality or freshness when ingredients are supplied by the user
• Health outcomes resulting from personal dietary choices
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond Neuara's control

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuara's total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected service in the preceding 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Neuara platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, meal plans, nutritional content, and software — is the intellectual property of Neuara or its licensors. Users are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Neuara content without written permission
• Use Neuara's brand assets, trademarks, or logo for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer or extract proprietary systems or algorithms

Service Modifications

Neuara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services — including plan features, availability, pricing, or content — at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes in advance. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
