Manage, pause, upgrade, or cancel your Neuara HealthPass subscription.

What is Neuara HealthPass?

HealthPass is Neuara's subscription membership program. It unlocks access to chef home-cooking services, personalized nutrition plans (Essential and Care), health tracking, and priority bookings. Chef cooking is available exclusively to active HealthPass subscribers.

What is the difference between Essential and Care?

Neuara Essential is a structured nutrition program where a personalized diet plan is created at the start of your subscription and followed for the full duration — without ongoing monitoring. Neuara Care is an adaptive program where diet plans are updated every two weeks based on your progress, with continuous health tracking including weight, measurements, and adherence monitoring.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

To cancel or pause your subscription, go to your account settings in the Neuara app, navigate to Subscription, and select Pause or Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until then. For help, email admin@neuara.com with your registered phone number.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Care at any time — the upgrade takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. Downgrading from Care to Essential takes effect at the next billing cycle. Contact admin@neuara.com to make any plan changes.

Can I add family members to my plan?

Yes. Both Neuara Essential and Neuara Care provide personalized diet plans for every individual family member enrolled under the subscription. Chef cooking plans also support 1 to 4 family members, with pricing tiered accordingly. Additional members can be added through the app or by contacting support.
