What is the refund policy?

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If a chef visit was not completed due to our error (chef no-show, quality issue), a full session credit or refund is issued within 3-5 business days. Subscription refunds are not provided for partial months, except in exceptional circumstances reviewed by our team.

What is a session credit?

Session credits are Neuara platform credits issued as compensation for missed or cancelled visits that qualify for reimbursement. They can be used to book future chef visits and do not expire for 90 days from the date of issue.

How do I request a refund?

Email admin@neuara.com with your registered phone number, booking ID, and the reason for the refund request. Include the subject line 'Refund Request — [your name]'. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
