How do nutritionist consultations work?
After joining Neuara, your assigned certified nutritionist will schedule an initial consultation (video or phone call) to understand your health goals, dietary habits, and lifestyle. Based on this, they create your personalized meal plan within 48 hours.
How often is my nutrition plan updated?
Neuara Essential plans are created once and followed for the subscription duration. Neuara Care plans are reviewed and updated every two weeks based on your progress, weight, measurements, and health markers submitted through the app.
What health conditions does Neuara support?
Neuara supports management of Weight Loss, Muscle Building, Diabetes, Thyroid Conditions, PCOS, Hypertension, and General Wellness. Care plan users receive ongoing monitoring optimized for their specific condition. Neuara nutrition support is complementary to medical treatment, not a replacement.
Can I request a different nutritionist?
Yes. If you feel your current nutritionist is not the right fit, contact admin@neuara.com and we will arrange a reassignment. We want you to have the best possible experience and will accommodate reasonable requests.
