Are Neuara chefs verified?

Yes. Every Neuara chef goes through a thorough onboarding process that includes identity verification, cooking skill assessment, food hygiene training, and professional conduct review. Chefs must meet our quality and safety standards before being listed on the platform.

What meals can the chef prepare?

Depending on your selected plan, Neuara chefs can prepare Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or combo plans (Breakfast + Lunch, or Lunch + Dinner). All meals are prepared fresh in your kitchen according to your nutritionist-approved meal plan and taste preferences.

Do I need to provide ingredients?

In most cases, customers provide ingredients and basic kitchen equipment (stove, utensils, cookware). The chef brings their expertise, hygiene standards, and cooking skill. Specific ingredient requirements will be discussed with your chef before the session.

What if I have a complaint about my chef or meal quality?

We take service quality very seriously. If you experience any issue with your chef or a specific visit, please report it to admin@neuara.com with your booking details and booking date. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 2 business days in accordance with our service standards.

How should I prepare my kitchen for the chef visit?

Ensure the kitchen space is clean and accessible, cooking utensils and appliances are in working order, and the required ingredients are ready before the scheduled visit time. Your chef will take care of cooking, portioning, and cleaning up after the session.
